Careers at The Houston Patch Co. | Join the Houston Shop Floor
We don’t run a call center. We run a high-volume industrial manufacturing plant off Beltway 8.
At The Houston Patch Co., we build gear that survives the Texas heat, the Houston humidity, and the rigors of the energy sector. We are always looking for pragmatic, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in “Texas-Made” quality.

Current Openings in Our Houston Factory
Industrial Embroidery Machine Operator
The Role: You’ll be responsible for running our multi-head Tajima equipment. This isn’t hobby sewing; it’s high-precision industrial production.
Requirements: Experience with commercial embroidery tensioning, thread pathing (40-weight Madeira), and hooping heavyweight twill and FR coveralls.
The Vibe: Fast-paced, zero-fail, and focused on high-volume output for our B2B partners.
Technical Embroidery Digitizer
The Role: We don’t use “auto-punch” software. You will manually path DST and PXF files, calculating push-pull compensation and stitch angles for complex industrial logos.
Requirements: Proficiency in Wilcom or Pulse. You must understand how a needle interacts with different substrates, from 2mm PVC to 12oz canvas.
The Vibe: Precision engineering. You are the architect behind every stitch we run.
Production & Quality Control Specialist
The Role: The final line of defense. You’ll audit every run for color accuracy (Pantone matching), border integrity, and adhesive bonding (3M™ 300LSE).
Requirements: An “eagle eye” for detail and an understanding of industrial safety specs, including Nomex® FR compliance.
The Vibe: Accountability. If it isn’t perfect, it doesn’t leave the shop floor.
