Why We Need Your “Field Data”
We don’t just collect reviews for marketing; we use your feedback to calibrate our shop floor.
- Machine Calibration: If a merrowed border frays after 50 wash cycles, we need to know so we can adjust the thread tension on our Tajima machines.
- Adhesive Testing: Did our 3M™ 300LSE adhesive hold up to the 100-degree Houston heat on your hardhats? Tell us.
- Crew Recognition: If our Master Digitizer, Elena, nailed the microscopic text on your woven patch, we want to pass that praise down to the floor.

If something went wrong with your order, we don’t hide behind an automated email. We are a local Houston factory, and we stand behind our needlework. If you experienced a manufacturing defect, please use this form to report it, and our Lead Engineer will review your machine files immediately.
