Woven Patch Pricing (The Precision Loom)
Pricing is driven by Loom Setup Time. We weave these on high-speed shuttle looms using thousands of warp and weft threads.
The Setup Reality: Setting up a loom takes hours whether we run 50 patches or 5,000. This is why small quantities carry a higher unit cost. At 200+ pieces, the unit price drops significantly.
The Detail Advantage: If your logo has tiny text (under 0.25"), embroidery needles will turn it into a "thread-blob." Woven is the only way to keep text legible down to a 2mm height.
