Understanding Your Order Status

Because we handle 100% of our manufacturing in-house at our Houston facility, your order will move through these specific technical stages:

  1. Phase 1: Technical Digitizing

    Our lead digitizer, Elena, is manually pathing your vector art into machine-ready DST/PXF files. This ensures your design is engineered for maximum durability on heavy workwear.

  2. Phase 2: Active Production

    Your patches are currently on our multi-head Tajima equipment. We are running your order using high-tensile Madeira thread and industrial-grade substrates.

  3. Phase 3: Quality Audit & Finishing

    Your run has been completed and is undergoing a final inspection. We are verifying merrowed border integrity and bonding the specified 3M™ 300LSE adhesive or hook-and-loop backings.

  4. Phase 4: Local Dispatch or Freight

    Your gear is boxed and leaving our Beltway 8 facility. Local Houston orders are routed for next-day delivery, while bulk freight is dispatched to the Port of Houston or national logistics hubs.

Houston Logistics & Delivery Support

If your tracking status shows “Dispatched” but you have not received your delivery within the expected window, please contact our local logistics team.

  • Local Houston Deliveries: Most orders within Harris County arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Industrial Site Access: If we are delivering to a restricted-access refinery or maritime dock, please ensure your gate protocols are on file with us to avoid delays.
