Yes, our FR patches use Nomex thread to maintain strict OSHA safety compliance. We never use heat-seal glue on FR gear. The thread will not melt in a flash fire.
Will crude oil or grease ruin the patch?
No, crude oil wipes right off our heavy-duty CNC-molded PVC rubber patches. Traditional embroidery absorbs grease, but PVC is completely waterproof. It is perfect for the rig floor.
