Custom Embroidered Patches Houston
Pick up one of our custom embroidered patches. You feel the dense, heavy weight of the stitched thread locked into a stiff twill base.
We manufacture these right here on our shop floor off Beltway 8. No middlemen. No internet brokers. Just industrial hardware and raw materials.

The Classic Standard: Why Embroidery Wins
Embroidery is the industry standard for a reason. We stitch high-tensile 40-weight Madeira poly-neon thread directly onto a heavyweight twill substrate. This gives you that classic, raised, 3D texture that looks official.
More importantly, this specific thread survives the Gulf Coast. It will not fade in the blistering Texas sun, and it will not rot in our 90% humidity.

The 3 Biggest Mistakes People Make with Embroidery
1. Making the Text Too Small
Needles have physical limits. If your text is under 0.25 inches tall, it turns into an illegible thread-blob. If you need microscopic text, ask us for woven or printed patches instead.
2. Expecting Photo-Realistic Gradients
Embroidery uses solid thread colors. You cannot stitch a smooth color gradient or a photograph. We match solid Pantone colors to build your design.
3. Using Iron-On Glue for Heavy Workwear
Iron-on embroidered patches work fine for a casual weekend jacket. But if you stick them on heavy construction gear in the 100-degree Houston heat, that glue melts. The patch falls off.
Built for Houston: Who We Outfit.

Public Safety & Industrial Crews
We supply HPD, Port of Houston logistics crews, and Energy Corridor construction firms. They need high-density, sew-on embroidered patches that survive 12-hour shifts and brutal industrial wash cycles.

Corporate Brands & Local Businesses
Coffee shops, retail stores, and local businesses need exact brand consistency. We provide the crisp custom logo embroidery Houston businesses rely on, complete with strict Pantone color matching.

Schools, Sports & Community Events
We outfit local high schools, martial arts dojos, and community events. Even a small kid’s birthday order runs on the exact same commercial-grade Tajima machines we use for police uniforms.
Backings Options For Embroidered Patches.
Choosing Your Backing

Sew-On
The absolute most durable option. It never comes off.

Hook-and-Loop Velcro
Built for tactical gear and swapping out uniform designations.

3M™ 300LSE Adhesive
Industrial peel-and-stick for hardhats and solid surfaces.

Iron-On
Standard heat-seal for casual, light-duty apparel.
Borders Options For Embroidered Patches.
Choosing Your Border
-

Merrowed Edge
This is the heavy, wrapped thread border you see on standard shapes like circles and shields. It stops the twill from fraying.
-

Hot-Cut Edge
We use a laser to seal the edges flat on complex, custom-cut shapes.
Pricing Logic: How We Quote Your Run.
Let’s talk numbers. We calculate your cost based on three factors: patch size, stitch density, and total quantity.
A patch with 100% thread coverage takes more machine time than a 50% coverage patch. More machine time equals a higher cost. We do not charge middleman fees. When you order in bulk, our machine setup time gets spread out across the batch. High volume drops your unit price.
Comparison Guide: When to Choose Embroidery.
Not sure if embroidery is the right hardware for the job? Here is the breakdown.

Embroidered Patches:
Choose these for classic uniforms, heavy twill shirts, and standard workwear.

Woven Patches:
Choose these if your logo has tiny text under 0.25 inches.

PVC Patches:
Choose these for maritime logistics where saltwater ruins fabric.

Printed Patches:
Choose these if you need photo-realistic gradients.
the shop floor process
We don’t farm your work out to brokers. We run every job on multi-head Tajimas right here on Beltway 8.
vector art verification
Email your .AI or .EPS logo files. We check every anchor point. We ensure your geometry is ready for the needle.
manual pxf digitizing
Elena Garza paths your design by hand. She calculates push-pull compensation so the twill doesn’t pucker in the Houston humidity.
tajima machine run
We fire up the steel. 1,000 stitches per minute. High-tensile Madeira thread anchored into heavy 12oz twill substrate.
local job site delivery
We pull from the line and box them hot. No waiting on Port of Houston delays or overseas customs. We ship locally.

frequently asked questions.
What is the minimum order quantity for embroidered patches?
We require a strict minimum order quantity of 50 patches for all custom embroidery runs. Setting up the commercial Tajima machines takes time. We do not run one-offs.
How many thread colors can I include?
You can include up to nine standard thread colors before the unit price increases. If your design needs more colors, we have to slow down the machines and swap spools.
Will the thread fade in the sun?
No, we use UV-stable Madeira poly-neon thread that survives the brutal Texas sun. Standard cheap thread bleaches out in weeks. Our thread holds up on the job site.
Can I put these on FR coveralls?
Yes, but you must request Nomex® FR thread and sew them on directly. Iron-on glue melts in the 100-degree heat and violates safety compliance on the refinery floor.
